How to determine your EQ?
The first step is to take the EQ-i 2.0 Assessment which is the first scientific assessment of emotional intelligence. This assessment is emailed to you from Multi-Health Systems (MHS) and takes about 20 minutes to complete. Once completed, we will schedule a feedback session to go over the results, providing you with an understanding of your current levels of EQ, how to develop different areas and improve your impact on others.
